PRACTICAL WANDERLUST
Salt Lake City has an incredible craft beer scene! Here are a few breweries worth checking out when you're in town.
A Beertini from Proper Brewing, just one of their many innovative offerings!
In general, you can expect to see a lot of German-style lagers and ales, so if you are into European style beers (ahem, biers) then this is your spot.
In addition to their flagship Fisher Beer, they have a ton of Pale Ale selections. Personally, I couldn’t get enough of the Rye Cream Ale.
At Kiitos, everything tasted EXACTLY how you would imagine, and we were so happy about it.
Like a lot of places in SLC, Saltfire mostly sells their beers in cans and bottles, but they recently opened up a tasting room!
We are suckers for a charcuterie board, especially one with delicious homemade pickles like at Level Crossing!
If you’re an IPA fan, you’ll enjoy their Hazy and Juicy IPA. I don’t know how else to describe it but a pure IPA. It’s not rare to see “IPA but this is different,” but this just tasted precise.
